From the Aspen private airport FBO where we meet our guests, you'll conveniently fly directly to our exclusive and newly expanded heli ski zone in the San Juan range, all the while experiencing the most spectacular views over nine different wilderness areas during the 45 minute flight through the Rockies to the beautiful San Juan Mountains. Alternatively, guests may opt for a flight to Telluride arriving the morning of the ski day or the evening before with helicopter pickup from Telluride and a 6 minute flight to the skiing terrain.

Pricing includes a full day of premium private charter heli skiing for up to 7 skiers. Groups fewer than 7 may book, but will be responsible for the full flat rate cost for the day.

Aspen Heli Skiing exclusively provides private heli skiing adventures using a dedicated helicopter to privately service up to seven skiers per day from Aspen.
Aspen private heli experience includes picking up the guests via helicopter in Aspen or Telluride and providing complimentary transport to our incredible and diverse ski zone. Once the heli arrives from at the the airport the guests will be greeted by their highly experienced guide, be given a safety briefing, put their boots on and head into the field for a fantastic ski day. Aspen Heli Skiing is affiliated with Silverton Mountain bringing decades of heli ski experience to Aspen with our new Aspen, Colorado operations team.
Pricing for Aspen Heli is $35,000 and includes a full day of premium private charter heli skiing. Alternative pricing is $5,000 per person with a 7 skier/rider minimum (additional price points available by driving to the ski zone). From the Aspen private airport FBO where we meet our guests, seven guests conveniently fly directly to our exclusive and newly expanded heli ski zone in the San Juan range, all the while experiencing the most spectacular views over nine different wilderness areas during the 45 minute flight to the beautiful San Juan Mountains. Alternatively, guests may book or schedule a fixed wing charter flight to Telluride either the morning of or the nigh before their heliskiing day, reducing the helicopter transfer flight time to 6 minutes. The cost varies for departure from Tellruide depending on the day of the week, with a cost of $24,000 on Thursday through Sunday and $20,000 from Monday through Wednesday. The San Juan Mountains typically receive the most snow in Colorado and due to the high altitude the powder stays fresh for weeks on end.
For groups that would prefer more than 7 guests, we can provide a second helicopter. Guests can choose the time they depart in the morning but it’s usually recommended departing from Aspen or Telluride airport by 9:00 am for a full day of heli skiing or heli snowboarding.
